The City College of San Fernando Pampanga (CCSFP) officially opened the first day of academic year 2024-2025 today, September 9, with a โmasayaโt makulengโ welcoming program for the Aslag ning Balenโonce again demonstrating a sight of quality and inclusive education in the institution.

Over 3,000 CCSFP students joined the parade of colors heading to the “Pinanari 2024: Miaaliwa-liwang kule, miabe-abe!” opening program, highlighting inclusivity among the students of every department as they wore different colors while promoting one battle cry.

Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag graced the activity and imparted her message centered on the continuous support of her administration to the CCSFP, giving the students quality and free tertiary education and providing them with necessary learning facilities and tools, thus producing competent Fernandino youth with the Aslag pride.

City Councilor Brenz Gonzales, who also serves as the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Education Chairperson, joined the activity with his presence and delivered a message. Both officials were with CCSFP President Atty. Gloria Victoria-Baรฑas, Vice President for Academic Affairs and International Engagements Dr. Melanie Briones, and the faculty members and personnel of the CCSFP.
The Mayor also led the oathtaking of the newly elected officers of the City Collegeโs Supreme Student Council. She, along with the officers, vowed to continue prioritizing the welfare and needs of the Aslag ning Balen. | ๐พ๐๐-๐๐
